Terms of Service

Last updated 7 July 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and any charter enquiry or booking you make with GhostJet Aviation AG (“GhostJet”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or contacting the charter desk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are and what we do

GhostJet is an air-charter broker. We arrange on-demand private flights operated by licensed third-party air operators; we are not an air carrier and we do not ourselves own or operate the aircraft. Aircraft classes, ranges, speeds, seat counts and price bands shown on this site are indicative and provided for illustration only. Nothing on the site is an offer, a guarantee of availability, or a binding quote.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to book a charter. You are responsible for ensuring that you, your passengers and your payment of the charter fee comply with all laws, sanctions regimes and regulations that apply to you. We may decline or discontinue service, or refuse any passenger, at our discretion.

3. How a booking works

Submitting the booking widget or messaging the desk starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. The desk confirms a specific aircraft, routing, timing and a single all-in figure, quoted in the coin you intend to settle in. A charter is only agreed once the desk confirms the tail in writing and you accept the quoted figure. Until then, no aircraft is held and nothing is owed.

4. Pay-on-landing settlement in digital assets

Charters are settled in digital assets at wheels-down, in the asset and on the chain agreed at confirmation. We quote a single figure and lock the applicable rate at the point of confirmation, so the amount you agree is the amount you send — there are no forced conversions and no surprise spreads. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the address the desk provides, on the agreed network, and for any network fees. Digital-asset transfers are generally irreversible; you are responsible for verifying settlement details before you send. Settlement is due on landing unless the desk agrees otherwise in writing. We do not custody your assets and we take no card details.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate passenger and routing information, hold valid travel documents, and observe operator, crew, safety, baggage and customs requirements. You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party. Use the site lawfully; do not disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse the contact channels.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Plans move. Change or cancel a leg through the same desk that booked you. Because charters commit a specific aircraft and crew, cancellation and change terms depend on how close to departure you are and the tail committed; the desk gives you the exact figure before anything is locked. Flights are also subject to operator terms, crew discretion, weather, air-traffic control, slot availability and applicable regulations, and may be delayed, diverted or cancelled for safety or legal reasons. Amounts already settled are refunded only to the extent the operator’s and desk’s terms allow for the specific circumstance.

7. Limitation of liability

The operation of each flight — including safety, airworthiness and carriage — is the responsibility of the operating air carrier under its own terms and the applicable conventions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostJet acts solely as a broker and is not liable for the acts or omissions of operators or other third parties, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Intellectual property

The GhostJet name, marks, copy and design are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, republish or exploit them without permission.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest change. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Zug, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
