Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GhostJet Aviation AG (“GhostJet”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website and the charter desk. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we do not track you.

No tracking, no analytics, no cookies by default

This site ships no third-party analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no cookie walls. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you as you browse. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

What we collect

The booking widget assembles a message from the route, date and passenger count you enter and hands it to you to send over Telegram or email — your entries stay in your browser until you choose to send. When you contact the desk, we receive what you send us: typically your origin and destination, dates, passenger details and any preferences, plus the contact handle you use. To arrange and settle a charter we may also process the digital-asset settlement details needed to confirm payment. We do not take card details and we do not custody your assets.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to quote, arrange, operate and settle your charter, to coordinate with the operating crew, and to communicate with you about your booking. Our legal bases are the performance of your charter arrangement, our legitimate interest in running the desk, and compliance with legal obligations that apply to us.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary to fly you: passenger and routing details go to the licensed operator and crew for your flight, and to ground, security or catering providers you ask us to arrange. We do not sell, rent or syndicate passenger data. We may disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Retention

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to run the trip and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Manifests stay with the operating crew for the operator’s required period.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. To make a request, or to ask what we hold, contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold and keep the footprint minimal on purpose. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest change.
